Tips ... A few things you may wish to consider before starting out:

Properly evaluate your skill and fitness levels before beginning
your tour * Set goals, plan the route and rest stops so you
are fully prepared for anything * Bring sun block, wet weather gear, comfortable clothing
and a change of
clothes * A cycling helmet should be a consideration if
riding on main roads * Carry plenty of water when travelling alone and
puncture repair kit etc.
