Click here for the PDF version of the Press Release about these routes ..
and here to go to the Mobilise page with the electronic version of the routes you can download

In addition to redirecting you to the electronic version of these rides now available on the Mobilise webbie, you can also pick up the free booklet containing the rides, in places like Clive Mitchell Cycles in Truro ..

http://www.mobilise-cornwall.org.uk/mountain_bike_rides.php will run through the basics before you begin though and if you are feeling energetic, at the the other end of the Coast to Coast trail is the Bike Barn Cycle Hire at Elm Farm which can be found at www.thebikebarn.org and whose telephone no. is 01209 891498 - also there is F R E E car parking there which I believe, is not the case at Bissoe if you're taking your own bikes!!

(Incidentally, I've not put a URL link to Bissoe Bike Chain Hire as they already have one on the other page which the Bike Barn didn't .. fair's fair)

For more extreme rides, golooksee at the relatively new Cornwall MTB Club, registered with the CTC., someone we are now working with to promote cycling further ..   However they are considerably more extreme off roaders but if you are up for it, they are happy to have you go along to their ride outs ... age limits do apply for the obvious reasons though.  Get in touch with them via their CREW page which has a contact form attached.
