These were graduates from the Bikeability pilot that were held during the period September 2006 - March 2007 which Cornwall was involved in, my having been asked to participate as an independent instructor whereas the other locations also doing so, were all organisations or councils. Since then we have had £80k come into county via the YST and these photos are also reflective of the first school children (Y6s) that did their Levels 1 & 2 Bikeability the spring/summer of 2008 as a result.
