ROAD SAFETY AND CYCLE TRAINING
working together with
you, |

|
Our instructors are trained to CTSB standards to provide on and off road cycle training. RSCT's standard charges for educational events are shown below. I would be happy to come and see you at your school and do a FREE assessment (consisting of 45 minute sessions with each group) that we can use to then work out the best way forward to meet your students' needs. If a younger person has the right kind of aptitude, you simply cannot tell them they not to ride their bike until they older, rather need to address it and help them by helping them learn what they need to know to be safe cycling on the roads! REMEMBER: ON ROAD CYCLING aka Bikeability - so what is Bikeability exactly? Bikeability is taking the old fashioned Cycling Proficiency into the 21st century with three levels for complete novices to those more seasoned riders who want to cycle to school or work, taking into account the traffic and roads of today .. It is designed to give the next generation the skills and confidence to ride their bikes on today's roads. Bikeability is for both children and adults alike, who will be encouraged and inspired to achieve all three levels, recognising that there is always more to learn and to enjoy on a bike. Whether you are a complete novice or someone who simply wants to go out with your children and/or grandchildren but traffic volumes and roads have changed so much that you feel intimidated, get in touch and let's work it through together ..
